Humble Beginnings for Regan
Regan was started by Terry Regan in Providence, RI with one truck and a dream of providing high quality, affordable HVAC services to homeowners across RI and Southeastern MA. Word of Terry's quality work spread quickly as more and more people sought him out to handle various heating and air conditioning problems that they were facing.
As business increase, Terry hired highly qualified competent people and always compensated them fairly. This model has allowed Regan Heating and Air Conditioning to evolve into a comfortable competent and professional environment where employees work hard to take care of customers and provide a high level of customer service.
A True Family Affair
In 1992, Terry's son, Matt joined the company where he manages the Commercial / Industrial Division of the company. His background in construction gives him a unique perspective on the HVAC industry, where he loves solving complex HVAC problems for customers.
In 2017, Matt's wife, Kristen joined the company to help manage various accounting and human resource tasks. Her background in finance has been instrumental in maintaining Regan's strong financial position and her people skills have helped elevate customer service and employee satisfaction.
