We are experienced and comfortable working in the Bid Spec and Design Build arena, in both new construction and retrofit markets, in Heating, Cooling and Indoor Air Quality.


With our own metal fabrication shop, we work on all types of air, water, steam and radiant systems.


We have our own in house controls department that designs, installs and services systems from the simplest control system to large Building Automation systems using pneumatic, electric and electronic technologies.


At Regan, provide customized Service and Preventative Maintenance Agreements to meet your specific need and conforms to all warrantee requirements.
